Our process service company was established in 1993. Our staff knows that the foundation of your case is acquiring jurisdiction over necessary party defendants and having that service be in accordance with the law. We have built our business and reputation on being careful: careful in our selection and supervision of process servers and careful in training and keeping our in-house staff updated on applicable changes in the law. We aim to offer you the best service possible. Our in-house staff is supervised by an attorney, and the staff are experts in foreclosure service and landlord tenant service. We are also proud of our Process Service CLE course that has been approved by the Continuing Legal Education Department of New York State. It allows us to offer free CLE credits to all of our existing clients successfully completing the course.

We are available by telephone Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our three locations are in Ronkonkoma, Riverhead, Carle Place and New York City. Our in house couriers will retrieve documents at your office or, alternatively, you can scan, email, or fax them at your convenience.
