- For closings that are scheduled for after 5:00 pm, there will be an additional rate.
- Any extra updates requested will be $75.00 per update.
Recording Charges
* Our service fee for recording documents for insured transactions is $75.00 per document, and for courtesy recordings our fee is $65.00 per document in the counties listed below:
Suffolk, Nassau, Westchester, Queens, Kings, Bronx, New York, Richmond, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess & Putnam Counties
