With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Masters degree in Paralegal Studies, it is no wonder that Ms. Nelson, President of Nationwide Court Services, has founded multiple organizations that employ over 150 employees combined. Ms. Nelson is a member of NAPPS, NYSPPSA, NALTEA, the National Record Retrievers Association, and the American Land Title Association. Ms. Nelson is certified as a Woman Owned Business in New York State and New York City, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, a Licensed Private Investigator, and is also a Certified Foreclosure Prevention Counselor and the only certified abstractor in New York State.

George Nelson has extensive expertise in title searches and document retrieval in all courts within New York State. For the past 20 years, Mr. Nelson has been serving as the Director of Training of process servers, title abstractors, and court service employees. As a recipient of the 2009 Long Island Business News 40 Under 40 Award, Ms.Parrino-Altiere has significant experience dissecting and analyzing intricate real estate and title issues. In addition to her Masters Degree in Education from Dowling College, Ms.Parrino-Alitere holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hofstra University and a Juris Doctor from Touro Law School. Ms. Parrino-Altiere began her legal career as a foreclosure attorney to several large lenders. In 2000, Ms.Parrino-Alitere joined our team and has since become the Director of Operations, and now the Vice President of the company. In addition to resolving complex legal issues, Ms. Parrino-Altiere has written and presented a continuing legal education class entitled, “Challenges and Solutions to the Successful Service of Process.” Ms. Parrino-Altiere is knowledgeable in all of our company’s departments and conducts regular training seminars for all members of our team.

Jennie L. Croyle, Esq. started at Nationwide Court Services, Inc. with over 5 years of litigation experience. Ms. Croyle began her legal career at American University Washington College of Law, where she obtained a Juris Doctorate. Prior to the Washington College of Law, Ms. Croyle was a Cancer Cell Research Assistant for Harvard Medical School for 6 years. She is also a published author in the Journal of Gender Social Policy and the Law.

Involved in all day-to-day company legal matters, Mr. Carlomagno is engaged in a variety of challenging projects including preparation of joint ventures, contracts and licensing agreements. His prior work experience lies in construction law, including turnkey contracts, general contract law, real estate transactions and litigation. With over 15 years in a private practice, Mr. Carlomagno has expertise in residential and commercial real estate law. Additionally, his knowledgebase expands to business entity formations, corporate and commercial transactions, along with general practice in areas such as matrimonial mediation, personal injury law, wills, trusts, estates, and probate law.

A 2012 graduate of Touro Law School, Mr. Lanza is the supervisor of our company’s legal research branch. Mr. Lanza also holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University at Buffalo. Mr. Lanza has significant experience in discovering the whereabouts of difficult to find defendants and also assists clients with surrogates and heirship matters.

Christopher Virga, Esq. is a title attorney with over ten years of specialized knowledge in foreclosure and related legal matters, including real estate title. In addition, Mr. Virga has nearly fifteen years of experience in general civil litigation, both in court and in motion practice. Mr. Virga graduated from Touro Law Center in 2009 and in addition to being licensed to practice in the New York State Supreme Court, is also licensed to practice in EDNY and SDNY. Mr. Virga has experience with Federal civil litigation, bankruptcy law and NYS Appellate practice. Mr. Virga is a graduate of the Hofstra University Honors College, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree.
